Patatas bravas is a classic Spanish tapas dish with fried potatoes and a salsa on top. This recipe kit makes it very easy to cook up quickly. Our kit serves 4.

In the kit:
A spice mix ready to add to your bravas sauce, including paprika, smoked paprika, thyme, basil, pepper and garlic powder.
You will need:
Potatoes (500g, waxy and chopped into halves/quarters)
Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Chilli (1, finely chopped)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Red wine vinegar (optional splash)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Seasoning to taste
Handheld blender (optional)
