In the kit:
A spice mix for the barbecue chicken including smoked paprika, cumin ground, chilli flakes, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper
You will need:
Soft dark brown sugar/muscovado (2 tablespoons)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (1.25 kg)
Oil (small amount to brush barbecue/grill)
