2 tbsps soft dark brown sugar or muscovado
1 tsp salt
1 ¼ kg boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
10 ml oil, to brush the barbecue/grill

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix your teaspoon club spice packet with the muscovado or soft dark brown sugar and salt. Mix well to form your barbecue rub.
Place your chicken on a chopping board or plate and lightly brush with vegetable oil. Generously sprinkle the barbecue rub onto the chicken and massage it thoroughly to ensure good coverage across all sides.
Place the chicken onto a lightly oiled barbecue or oven grill and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes, turning regularly. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
