This tandoori salmon is easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. It can be cooked on a barbecue or grill and the marinade is full of flavour. Our kit serves 6.

In the kit:
A spice mix for the tandoori salmon including smoked paprika, coriander ground, cumin ground, fenugreek ground, turmeric, cayenne pepper and ground cloves.
You will need:
Garlic clove, minced (1)
Fresh ginger, grated (1 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Plain yoghurt (3/4 cup)
Vegetable oil (30 ml)
Salmon (4-6 fillets) Fresh coriander (to serve)
