1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ tsp salt
¾ cup plain yoghurt
30 ml vegetable oil
6 salmon fillets

Instructions

Begin by making the marinade, which should be done 2-4 hours before you plan to cook your salmon. To do so, place the garlic clove and ginger in a small bowl. Use the side of a knife to mash together thoroughly to make a paste.
Add your teaspoon club spice packet and salt to the garlic and ginger paste in the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the plain yoghurt and vegetable oil to the bowl and whisk with a fork until fully combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a ceramic or baking dish and using all the marinade generously coat the fillets. Place into the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
When you are ready to cook the salmon, lightly oil the barbecue or oven grill and carefully place the . Spoon any remaining marinade over the salmon. Cook on high for 8 – 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with fresh coriander.
