This spicy burger recipe is delicious and very easy to prepare. It is full of flavour making use of many herbs as well as spices to produce a tasty medium heat - perfect for barbecues. Our kit serves 6-8.

In the kit:
A spice and herb mix for the spicy burger including smoked paprika, chilli powder, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, oregano and parsley
You will need:
Mincemeat (750g)
Onion, very finely chopped (1)(1)
Egg, beaten (1)
Salt (3/4 tsp)
Oil for barbecue/grill
Brioche buns, to serve (8), optional
Burger toppings such as tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, cheese and sauce, to serve, optional
