750 g minced beef
1 medium-sized onion, very finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
¾ tsp salt
10 ml oil, to brush barbecue/grill

Instructions

In a large bowl add the minced beef, onion, egg and your teaspoon club spice packet.
Mix together well- using your hands use rubber gloves if preferred
Divide your burger mix into 6-8 even portions. Take each portion and roll into a ball. Gently flatten the ball to create a burger patty of the desired size. Repeat this for the remainder of the mixture to make 6-8 burger patties.
Lightly grease your barbecue/grill and place the burgers directly onto it. Cook for approximately 4 minutes each side, ensuring they are cooked through thoroughly before serving.
Serve as desired. We recommend serving in a lightly toasted brioche bun.
