In the kit:
A spice mix for the Moroccan chicken including paprika, coriander ground, cumin ground, ginger ground, turmeric, cinnamon ground and ground black pepper.
You will need:
Vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
Garlic cloves, minced (3)
Plain yoghurt (3/4 cup)
Fresh ginger, grated (thumb-sized piece)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon) Ground black pepper (a pinch) Boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (1.25kg)
