These paneer tikka skewers are full of flavour and very speedy to pull together. Perfect on a BBQ or grilled indoors, they are a richly flavoured addition to any meal. Our kit serves 4.

In the kit:
A spice mix for your paneer, including chilli powder, turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, ground cumin, and fenugreek powder.
You will need:
Plain yoghurt (175ml)
Garlic clove (2, crushed)
Salt (1 tsp)
Plain flour (2 tbsp
Lemon juice (4 tbsp)
Paneer cheese (500g, chopped into 1 inch pieces)
Red pepper (2, chopped into chunks)
Red onion (1, chopped into chunky segments)
Vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
Fresh coriander (to serve)
Skewers (approx 6)
