In the kit:
Two spice mixes ready to add to your curry. They include dried kashmiri chilli, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, curry powder, cumin seeds, chilli powder, ground cumin and ground coriander
Plain yoghurt (1/2 cup)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into medium-size pieces)
Red onions (2, roughly chopped)
Garlic cloves (2, minced)
Ginger, thumb-size piece (grated)
Tomato puree (1 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tbsp)
Vegetable oil (3 tbsps) Onions (2, cut into eighths) Sugar (1/2 tbsp) Passata (250 ml) Tomatoes (2, quartered) Water
