Our chai spiced tea kit includes cloves, black peppercorns, green cardamom pods, a cinnamon stick, and fennel seeds, ready for you to pour in to make this delicious drink.
You will need:
Fresh ginger (½ inch piece, grated)
Water (2 cups)
Milk (2 cups)
Tea bags (4, English breakfast is fine, Darjeeling is better)
Sugar (3-6 tbsp, according to taste)
