Ground aniseed, also called ground anise, has a sweet and distinctive liquorice taste. High in antioxidants, vitamin B, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, and copper means ground aniseed can increase resistance and circulation. Popular in Indian dishes, ground aniseed is frequently used in both sweet and savoury recipes. Ours is from Indonesia.
Our jar refills are about 6 tablespoons, which will fill the average spice jar easily.
