In the kit:
Two spice mixes for your Moroccan lamb and eggs, including fennel seeds, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and ground cinnamon.
You will need:
Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Onion (1/2)
Garlic cloves (3)
Lamb mince (500g)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Spinach (2 cups, roughly chopped)
Harissa paste (1-2 tbsp)
Yoghurt (1/2 cup)
Eggs (4-6)
Pepper (a pinch)
Crusty bread (optional to serve)
