Chilli flakes contain the wonderfully warm fiery kick of a whole chilli. Chilli peppers contain capsaicin that can have anti-inflammatory benefits, can clear congestion and can relieve pain. If you add them at the beginning of preparing your dish the heat will permeate throughout, whereas if you add it at the end, you'll get some hot intense spots of flavour! Ours are from India.
Our jar refills are about 6 tablespoons, which will fill the average spice jar easily.
We source many of our spices from Soil Associate Organic Certified producers and are working towards certification ourselves.
