Ingredients: 150 ml Plain yoghurt; 1 Garlic clove (crushed); 1 tsp Salt; 4 tbsp Lemon juice; 450 g Chicken breasts (chopped into small pieces); 1 tbsp Vegetable oil; 0 Fresh coriander (to serve)

Mix the yoghurt with the crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice, and your Teaspoon Club spice kit in a bowl
Put the chicken into the bowl and fold into the yoghurt mixture so it is completely covered
Cover and leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour (the longer the better). If using after just one hour, simply set aside and do not place in the fridge, but if leaving to marinate over night place in the fridge
When ready to cook, spread the chicken mixture out onto a foiled surface under the grill and brush over with the vegetable oil
Grill for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is entirely white when cut through. Turn the chicken halfway through to make sure it is evenly cooked. This chicken can also barbecue well; just keep an eye on it and remember to turn it
Serve in pitta breads with salad and a wedge of lemon, or as you choose

This is possibly our all-time favourite chicken marinade. You just have to try it to know what we mean...
