In the kit:
Two spice mixes for the baba ghanoush including smoked paprika, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, and paprika.
You will need:
Aubergines (2)
Salt (½ tsp)
Olive oil (4 tbsp)
Garlic cloves (2, crushed)
Tahini (3 tbsp)
Natural yoghurt (2 tbsp)
Lemon (1, half zest and whole juiced)
Parsley (handful to serve, finely chopped)
Blender or food processor
