In the kit:
A powder mix for the smoothie bowl, including acai powder and baobab powder for the smoothie and bee pollen and black chia seeds to top the bowl with. This kit can make this smoothie bowl 10 times.
You will need:
Frozen mixed berries (¾ cup)
Milk (any dairy or non-dairy according to preference, ¼ cup)
Orange juice (¼ cup)
Frozen banana (½)
Spinach leaves (optional, 1 handful)
A blender
