In the kit:
A spice mix ready to create the delicate flavour of these biscuits, including ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger.
You will need:
Unsalted butter (75g, cold and cubed)
Self-raising flour (150g)
Golden caster sugar (50g)
1 egg (beaten)
