Missing some Mediterranean food? Our Spanish selection should have you covered- 3 tapas dishes, some pickled peppers, and a paella. Perfect.
Our selection box costs £6.00 and all the recipe kits contained serve a minimum of 4 people. If you cook all the recipes at once, you'd have a Spanish feast for 10+. You can check out the recipes for each of the kits by clicking on their names:

What's in the selection box?
Our Teaspoon Club spice mixes for all 5 of the recipe kits, as well as recipe cards for each of the dishes, telling you how to make each of them. These will come labelled and premeasured ready for you to pour in when the recipes require- it couldn't be easier.
The spices included in the mixes are: saffron, salt, pepper, thyme, smoked paprika, chillies, and cayenne pepper, hot paprika, smoked paprika, basil, garlic powder, chipotle chilli powder, parsley, oregano, cumin, lemon salt, chervil, chilli flakes, green peppercorns, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, allspice berries, and bay leaves
What will I need?

Garlic cloves (3)
Prawns (200g, raw)
Fish stock (good quality, 1.5l)
Paella rice (475g)
Lemon (to serve)
Potatoes (500g, waxy)
Chopped tomatoes (2 x400g tin)
Red wine vinegar (optional splash)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Red wine (200ml)
Prawns (300g raw, fresh. You can use frozen prawns but will need to defrost thoroughly)
Butter (1 tablespoon), or a splash of oil
White wine vinegar (130ml)
Olive oil (250ml)
Red peppers (5)
Yellow pepper (4)
Fresh parsley or thyme (optional)
