What's in the kit?
A good pinch of saffron and a whole vanilla pod, for the biscuits and cream. It will also include a recipe card, telling you exactly how to make this dish.
What do I need?
Double cream (300ml)
Icing sugar ( 2 tbsp)
For the biscuits:
Butter, softened (90g)
Icing sugar, sifted (90g)
Egg whites (2)
Plain flour, sifted (75g)
Flaked almonds (handful)
Strawberries, or berries of your choice (400g)
