These prawns are light and delicious, a perfect tapas dish to accompany others. Our kit serves 4.

In the kit:

A spice mix ready to cook your prawns in, including parsley, chervil, garlic powder, pepper, and chilli flakes.

You will need:

Butter or oil (1 tablespoon)
Garlic cloves (2, thinly sliced)
Salt (to taste)
Raw fresh prawns (300g, you can use frozen prawns but will need to defrost them thoroughly before cooking)
White wine vinegar (30ml)
Lemon zest (half lemon)
Lemon juice (half lemon)
Fresh parsley (optional to serve)
