This fragrant one pot is simple but effective, with flavours like saffron and cayenne pepper completing it.

What's in the kit?

A spice mix including ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and saffron. It will also include a recipe card, telling you exactly how to make this dish

What do I need?

Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Onions, chopped (2)
Garlic cloves, crushed (2)
Ginger, peeled and grated (thumb-sized piece)
Chicken breasts, chopped into thirds/quarters (4)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Chicken stock (400ml)
Butternut squash, peeled, chopped (approx. 300g)
Chickpeas, drained (1 x 400g tin)
Brown sugar (2 tbsp)
Red wine vinegar (2 tbsp)
Dried cranberries (100g)

Optional, to serve:
Red onion, finely chopped (1)
Feta cheese, crumbled (100g)
Lemon juice (1 lemon)
Mint (10 leaves, chopped)
