In the kit:
A spice mix to make your quesadillas, including smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
You will need:
Vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
Onions (2, finely chopped)
Mushrooms (100g, thinly sliced)
Red Pepper (1, finely sliced)
Blackbeans ( 1 x 400g tin, drained)
Tortillas (6)
Cheddar cheese or a vegan alternative e.g. Violife
