What's in the kit?

A blend of spices premeasured ready to make this North Indian Curry. These include ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, green cardamom pods, cloves, garam masala, salt and a cinnamon stick and bay leaf. It will also include a recipe card, telling you exactly how to make this dish.

What do I need?

Ginger, peeled (thumb size piece)
Garlic cloves (4)
Ground almonds (5 tbsp)
Water (80 ml)
Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Chicken breasts, chopped (1kg)
Onions (2, diced)
Low fat Greek yoghurt (160 ml)
Cornflour (1 tsp)
Chicken stock (100 ml)
Crème fraîche (80 ml)
Green sultanas (100 g)
Caster sugar (2 tsp)
Flaked almonds (50 g)
