In the kit:
Three spice mixes ready to make this North Indian Curry, including ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, green cardamom pods, cloves, garam masala, a cinnamon stick, and a bay leaf.
You will need:
Ginger (thumb-size piece, peeled)
Garlic cloves (4, peeled)
Ground almonds (50g)
Water (80ml)
Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into small pieces)
Onions (2, finely chopped)
Greek yoghurt (160ml)
Cornflour (1 tsp)
Chicken stock (100ml)
Crème fraîche (80ml)
Golden sultanas (100g)
Caster sugar (2 tsp)
Flaked almonds (50g)
A handheld blender
