Our Moroccan spiced hummus is incredibly moreish. It tastes so much better when you make it yourself! Our kit serves 8.

In the kit:

A spice mix for the hummus including ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, turmeric, pepper, ground coriander, cayenne pepper and paprika.

You will need:

Chickpeas (2 x 400g tin, drained)
Garlic cloves (2, peeled)
Lemon juice (1 lemon)
Olive oil (4 tbsp)
Tahini (2 tbsp)
Coriander (small handful)
Water (100ml)
Food processor or blender
