Middle Eastern chickpea salad

This salad is full of flavour and a delicious addition to any picnic spread. Perfect for a special night with our Moroccan spiced hummus and Fattoush salad as well. Our kit costs £2.00 and serves 4.

In the kit:
Two spice mixes for the salad including ground cumin, ground cardamom, ground allspice, garlic powder, mango powder, and sumac.
You will need:
Cucumber (1, chopped into small pieces)
Baby plum tomatoes (300g pack, quartered)
Red onion (1, finely chopped)
Coriander (large handful, finely chopped)
Flat leaf parsley (large handful, finely chopped)
Feta (100g, roughly chopped)
Red wine vinegar (1 ½ tbsp)
Lemon (1, zest and juice)
Olive oil (60ml, for dressing)
Caster sugar (1 tsp)
Olive oil (2 tbsp, for chickpeas)
Chickpeas (1 x 400g tin, drained)
