In the kit:
Two spice mixes ready to make the meatballs and red wine sauce including chilli powder, smoked paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, oregano, basil, and ground cumin.
You will need:
Mincemeat (500g)
Egg (2, beaten)
Breadcrumbs (50g)
Parmesan (25g, grated)
Parsley (small handful, finely chopped)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Salt (½ tsp)
Red wine (200ml)
Chopped tomatoes (2 x 400g tin)
Sugar (2 tsp)
Spaghetti (optional to serve)
