Recipe kit comes in home compostable, plant-based packaging.

A classic Asian curry you can create at home with our spice kit, giving you the authentic taste of this traditional curry. Our kit costs £3.25 and serves 4.

In the kit:

Three spice mixes ready to make your Massaman curry, including cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground nutmeg, ground fennel, dried chillies, ground ginger, a cinnamon stick, and kaffir lime leaves.

You will need:

For the paste:
Groundnut oil (1 ½ tbsp)
Fish sauce (1 tbsp)
Dark brown sugar (1 tsp)
Lime (1, zest and juice)
Shallots (2, peeled)
Lemongrass (1, peeled and chopped roughly)
Cold water (2 tbsp)
A handheld blender

For the curry (below are the ingredients for the chicken curry, to see the vegetable curry ingredients click on the link above):
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into small pieces)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Coconut milk (400ml tin)
Chicken stock (200ml)
Potato (1 large, peeled and chopped into small pieces )
Peanuts or cashew nuts (100g)
Salt (to taste, recommend 1 ½ tsp)
