This smoothie bowl is a great energy booster, containing maca powder (full of calcium and over 20 amino acids), bee pollen, deemed as one of nature's most nourishing foods with 40% protein content and a topping of black chia seeds. In the kit:
A powder mix for the smoothie bowl, including maca powder and bee pollen, and chia seeds to top the bowl with. This kit can make this smoothie bowl 10 times.
You will need:
Frozen mango (½ cup)
Milk (dairy or non-dairy of your choice, ¼ cup)
Frozen Banana (1)
Coconut water (could substitute for water, ¼ cup)
Fresh mint leaves (5 large)
Toppings of your choice (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, shredded coconut)
Maca powder is rich in vitamin C, copper, and iron. It can act as a mood enhancer and energy booster, which is why this smoothie can give you that surge of energy. The 18 vitamins in bee pollen can improve immunity, lift fatigue, and even improve concentration, whilst the chia seeds to top the bowl with are rich in antioxidants capable of improving bone health.
