Description
Our products come in home compostable, plant-based packaging.
Mace powder comes from the waxy red layer of the nutmeg, and as such has a mild nutmeg flavour. It is, however, subtler than nutmeg and as such should not be used as a substitute. Used in both sweet and savoury dishes, ground mace can be great for promoting digestive health. Ours is from Sri Lanka.
We source many of our spices from Soil Associate Organic Certified producers and are working towards certification ourselves.
