What's in the kit?
Two spice mixes premeasured to be added to the recipe when indicated. These include coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander and garam masala. You will also receive a recipe card telling you exactly how to make this dish
What do I need?
Vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
Onion, chopped (1)
Green chilli, deseeded and chopped up (1)
Garlic cloves, minced (2)
Ginger, grated (thumb-sized piece)
Chopped tomatoes (1 40z can)
White button mushrooms, halved (350g)
Salt (to taste)
Coriander (to serve)
