Recipe kit comes in home compostable, plant-based packaging.

This Bengali classic curry is packed full of flavour with brightly coloured peppers making it a lovely, tasty dish. Our kit serves 4.

In the kit:

Three spice mixes for making your Jalfrezi, including cumin seeds, ground coriander, turmeric, ground cumin, mustard powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, chilli powder, and fenugreek powder.

For the chicken curry, you will need the following (to view the vegetable curry list, click on the recipe link above):

Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Green chillies (2, finely chopped; could have more or less depending on desired spice level)
Garlic cloves (1, crushed)
Ginger (thumb-size piece, grated)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Bell peppers (1 red and 1 green, deseeded and finely chopped)
Water (1 tbsp)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into small pieces)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Fresh coriander (handful, chopped)
