What's in the kit?

Three spice stages premeasured ready to make your Jalfrezi. These include cumin seeds, curry powder, chilli powder, coriander ground, cumin ground and salt. It will also include a recipe card, telling you exactly how to make this dish.

What do I need?

The following list is for the chicken curry. The vegetable curry will vary slightly and can be found my clicking on the link above

Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Garlic cloves (1, minced)
Ginger (thumb-sized piece, grated)
Red bell pepper (finely chopped)
Green bell pepper (finely copped)
Water (1 tbsp)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into chunks)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Fresh coriander (handful, chopped)
