Dhaba style Indian chicken
This Indian street food dish is a classic and best-seller at The Teaspoon Club. it's simple and bursting with flavour. It can be frozen, so it's great to prepare a few days in advance if you're hosting a dinner party!

What's in the kit?
Two spice mixes for the curry including salt, black pepper cinnamon, chilli powder, ground coriander, ginger, turmeric, mango powder, garam masala, ground cumin, cumin seeds, green cardamom pods, a cinnamon stick and whole cloves, which are premeasured and ready to pour into the mixture when the recipe indicates
What will I need?
A handheld blender
Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Red onion (1, large)
Ginger (1" fresh piece)
Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Tomato puree (2 tbsp)
Green chilli (1)
Chicken (4 breasts cut into bitesize chunks. Can use thighs if preferred)
Fresh coriander (an optional handful to serve)
