In the kit:
Three spice mixes for the curry including chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala, and turmeric.
You will need:
White fish fillets (600g, cut into small pieces)
Lemon (1, juiced)
Vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
Onion (1, finely chopped)
Garlic cloves (3, crushed)
Ginger (thumb-size piece, grated)
Tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Lime (1, juiced)
Coconut milk (1 x 400ml)
Red wine vinegar (1 tsp)
Green chillies (2, whole and pierced)
Lime juice and coriander to serve
