We know how you feel! Don’t worry, it’s super easy to change your password and reset it, just click on the ‘My Account’, and then 'Forgot My Password' to follow the instructions there.
Account: How do I update my email on my account?
Click ‘Account Dashboard’ when you are logged into your account, and you can change your address, preferences, and personal details here.
Account: How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Sorry if we’ve been bugging you; you can unsubscribe from our newsletter in the 'My Account' page through ‘Account Dashboard’.
Orders and deliveries: When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days. Due to a high volume of orders, delivery time can be up to 10 working days at the moment. If you would like next day delivery, give us a call and we can sort this out for you at an extra charge.
Orders and deliveries: How much is delivery?
Average postage and packaging is £2.50. This includes all our packaging costs too - and weighing out the perfect teaspoon for you! For heavier orders, delivery is £3.49, and for orders over £30 delivery is free.
Orders and deliveries: Do I have to be in for delivery, or will it fit through my letterbox?
Our packaging is designed so that you don’t have to be in at all. It will fit right through your letterbox and is securely packaged- so no risk of any leaks and spillages.

Orders and deliveries: I can't see any shipping quotes. How do I progress to payment methods for my order?
We're really sorry you're having trouble progressing through the checkout. If you're struggling to see the shipping quotes, you can refresh the page and they should appear (try pressing 'Cntrl' and 'F5'. Packaging: What type of packaging do you use and how can I recycle it?
We are proud that all of our packaging is home-compostable or recyclable. We use NatureFlex, a plant-based plastic alternative, to package our spices in, and our labels are made from recycled paper. Our boxes are made from sustainably-sourced cardboard. If you'd like to read more about our packaging and our 'plant a tree' scheme, take a look at 'our mission'.
Packaging: What is your plant a tree scheme?
With every order placed, we plant a tree in a country where our spices come from. We firmly believe that the value of the spices we sell comes from the care, resources, and energy put into growing these spices. By planting a tree, we hope you can see the true value of the products you receive, as we reinvest back into the earth that provides us with these incredible ingredients, regenerating land and reducing atmospheric CO2.
Payment: What payment options do you offer?
We offer PayPal and standard card payments through the PayPal certified secure platform Braintree. If there’s a payment method you need to use, give us a call on(+44) 195 260 1072 and we’ll see if we can help you out.
Products: I bought a recipe kit from you recently. Why can't I see it to order it again?
Our recipe kits are rotated throughout the seasons to enhance our customers' experience and discovery of new recipe kits. All kits that are removed from the site will return again in a couple of months, but if you are desperate for a specific kit now that you tried before, you can call us on (+44) 195 260 1072 or email us at info@theteaspoonclub.co.uk and we will help as best as we can.
Products: Where do your reviews come from, and can I trust them?
We use a 3rd party independent review system called Feefo. Feefo automatically send out an email to anyone who orders from us 2 weeks after their purchase inviting them to review us. No one can review us who has not purchased from us, and Feefo verify their reviews. We think it's really important our customers know they can trust us, so you won't find any 'bot' reviews here.
Products: How long will my spices last for?
We recommend using your spices within 6 months of purchasing; this ensures they are at their best to flavour your dishes and you will get the most from them. A best-before date will also be printed on your receipt which will generally be over 9 months from purchase date.
Products: How do I leave feedback?
All customers receive a link to review us through the independent review platform Feefo. If you would like to speak with us directly, you can call us on (+44) 195 260 1072, or you can send us an email to info@theteaspoonclub.co.uk.
Products: Are your ingredients suitable for people with allergies?
Currently none of our products are suitable for customers suffering from the 14 listed allergens according to the government. We hope to change this in the future, so watch this space and sign up to our newsletter, so you'll be the first to know when we do.
Products: I'm buying from your website as gifts. How do I get additional boxes so I can give them in them?
If you have specific requirements for presents, we can accommodate them if you contact us. Arrangements can include additional boxes charged at £1.50 including shipping. You can call us on (+44) 195 260 1072 and we can sort this for you, as well as any other requirements. Usually, the minimum amount of boxes necessary to pack your order are shipped, which can be anywhere from 1 to 4.
Products: How much is a teaspoon, really?
Our teaspoons are always heaped, so that you will have exactly the required amount when it comes to adding it to your recipe (so don't worry about any small amounts of residue left in the bag).
Products: Why don't you stock a product I'm looking for?
We’re sorry we don’t offer what you’re looking for yet, but we are always trying to expand our range and would love to hear what you think we’re missing. We only sell Soil Association Certified organic products, so it may be that we cannot source the spice you are looking for to fit this criteria. Nevertheless, please put a request into our 'Suggestions Box' (through 'Contact Us') and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Products: Can I get a recipe card with my order, if I order one of your recipe kits?
Yes you can. You can select the printed recipe card (costing 20p) from the drop-down on the product pages. All our recipes are available online (you will see a link to the recipe on every product page), so if you prefer to save the paper you can view it there. Keep hold of your recipe cards- we're going to introduce Teaspoon Club binders soon so you can store your favourite teaspoon club recipes all together!
Recipes: Can I comment on recipes?
Please do! We love people trying out our recipes and submitting their own, it’s all part of the experimental cooking we want to promote. Please send in any of your ideas too, and they may feature on our site.
