We know how you feel!! Don’t worry, it’s super easy to change your password and reset it, just click on the ‘My Account’, and then 'Forgot My Password' to follow the instructions there

Orders and deliveries: When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days. If you would like next day delivery, give us a call and we can sort this out for you at an extra charge
Orders and deliveries: How much is delivery?
Average postage and packaging is £2.50. This includes all our packaging costs too - and weighing out the perfect teaspoon for you! For heavier orders, delivery is £3.49, and for orders over £30 delivery is free
Orders and deliveries: Will it fit in my letterbox, and do I have to be in for delivery?
Absolutely. Our packaging is designed so that you don’t have to be in at all. It will fit right through your letterbox and is securely packaged- so no risk of any leaks and spillages

Orders and deliveries: How much should I order?
People normally order around 4-5 recipes, with some individual ingredients too to make it worth the post and packaging charge (£2.50), but you can order whatever you fancy
Products: Are your ingredients suitable for people with allergies?
Currently none of our products are suitable for customers suffering from the 14 listed allergens according to the government. We hope to change this in the future, so watch this space and sign up to our newsletter, so you'll be the first to know when we do
I can't see any shipping quotes. How do I progress to payment methods for my order?
We're really sorry you're having trouble progressing through the checkout. If you're struggling to see the shipping quotes, you can refresh the page and they should appear. I'm buying from your website as gifts. How do I get additional boxes so I can give them in them?
If you have specific requirements for presents, we can accommodate them if you contact us. Arrangements can include; additional boxes charged at £1.50 including shipping, and plain labels included in the boxes for you to address as you wish. You can call us on (+44) 7575 393696 and we can sort this for you, as well as any other requirements. Usually, the minimum amount of boxes necessary to pack your order are shipped, which can be anywhere from 1 to 4. They will also be addressed with the shipping address. As such we recommend purchasing additional boxes if you're order contains multiple gifts.
Products: How much is a teaspoon, really?
Our teaspoons are always heaped, so that you will have exactly the required amount when it comes to adding it to your recipe (so don't worry about any small amounts of residue left in the bag)
Products: Why don’t you offer less than half a teaspoon?
Because of the way we package our ingredients, we don’t think it would be worth selling you less than half a teaspoon due to all the residue that you’d lose! We’re sorry about the inconvenience
Products: Why don't you stock a product I'm looking for?
We’re sorry we don’t offer what you’re looking for yet, but we are always trying to expand our range and would love to hear what you think we’re missing. Please put a request into our 'Suggestions Box' (through 'Contact Us') and we’ll see what we can do for you
Payment: What payment options do you offer?
We offer PayPal as our primary payment option, as well as standard card payments through the PayPal certified, secure platform Braintree. If there’s a payment method you need to use, give us a call on (+44)7575 393 696 and we’ll see if we can help you out
Recipes: Can I get a recipe card with my order, if I order one of your recipes?
Yes, a recipe card is included with every recipe your order. If you are reordering a recipe and don't want another card, drop us an email quoting your order reference and we'll make sure we don't include it
Recipes: Can I comment on recipes?
Please do! We love people trying out our recipes and submitting their own, it’s all part of the experimental cooking we want to promote. Please send in any of your ideas too, and they may feature on our site
