In the kit:
Three spice mixes for the Bombay potatoes including turmeric, dried red chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion powder, fennel seeds, and nigella seeds.
You will need:
Potatoes (450g)
Vegetable oil (4 tbsp)
Onions (2, finely chopped)
Fresh chillies (2 green, finely chopped)
Fresh coriander (handful, finely chopped)
Lemon juice (to taste)
