In the kit:
Two spice mixes to cook the salmon rub, including chilli powder, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and parsley.
You will need:
Lime, grated zest and juice of (1)
Honey (2 tsp)
Garlic clove, crushed (1)
Butter, melted (2 tbsp)
Fresh coriander (to serve)
Salmon (1 side, approx. 1kg), or smaller pieces according to preference
