In the kit:
Two spice mixes for the Madras including cloves, cardamom pods, curry leaves, fenugreek powder, turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin, and chilli powder.
You will need:
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Onions (2, finely chopped)
Ginger (thumb-size piece, grated)
Garlic cloves (2, crushed)
Green chillies (2 small, deseeded and finely chopped)
Chicken breasts (4, chopped into small pieces)
Chopped tomatoes (1 x 400g tin)
Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
Fresh coriander (handful, chopped)
Rice to serve
