What's in the kit?
Two premeasured blends of spices and a vanilla pod. The spice mixes include ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, pink peppercorns, fennel seeds, ground ginger, ground cardamom and a cinnamon stick. It will also include a recipe card, telling you exactly how to make this dish.
What do I need?
Egg yolks (5), or whipping cream (1/2 cup) as recommended for pregnant women/children
Caster sugar (120 g)
Mascarpone (750 g)
Rum (dark or spiced, 75 ml)
Condensed milk, sweetened or unsweetened (substitute with milk, dairy or non-dairy, 350ml)
Sponge fingers (200 g)
Cocoa powder (to dust)
Pistachios (100 g, chopped)
