What's in the kit?
The flavours in this chutney come from a great mix of yellow mustard seeds, cumin, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and tamarind paste, all contained in your bundle ready premeasured and ready to use as your recipe indicates. You'll also receive a recipe card telling you exactly how to make it.

Ginger (100g, peeled and grated)
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Tomato puree (3 tbsp)
Aubergines (1kg, chopped into pieces)
Light brown sugar (300g)
Malt vinegar (250ml)
